Charitable Commitment

The importance of charitable organisations

Charities play an essential role in communities across the UK. Supporting families through difficult times and improving quality of life for those most in need are just two of the areas where charities focus their support. Victorian Sliders are proud to be supporting local charities. By making charity donations, we can help to improve communities, enhance opportunities, and create a better society for all.

Victorian Sliders Marketing Manager Heather Guitar commented: ‘On behalf of ourselves and our valued customers, we’ve made donations which we hope will help both organisations make life better for dozens more people around the country.’

Currently, Victorian Sliders® proudly supports two fantastic charitable organisations doing vital work in the community.

Ty Hafan

Since 2022, Victorian Sliders® has annually donated £5,000 to Ty Hafan children’s hospice. Ty Hafan is one of the UK’s leading providers of paediatric palliative care. They offer children with life-limiting illnesses comfort, care, and support during the most challenging times. Located in Sully, just outside Cardiff, Ty Hafan offers end-of-life support to children and their families across Wales.

The support provided by Ty Hafan can be tailored to meet the needs of each individual family. Care is given in a hospice, in the community, or at the family home. The team at Ty Hafan work all hours to provide the best possible care and allow parents and carers time to recharge their batteries.
