Developed in response to customer feedback, this latest enhancement to the ECOSlide® range has been specifically designed to bring more authentic heritage-inspired aesthetics, without the added maintenance requirements.
Inspired by Traditional Design
From joint detailing to decorative horns, traditional timber windows are defined by the finer details. That’s why Timber-Look Joints have been designed to replicate the vertical joints on the sash and horizontal joints on the frame and are accompanied by our run-through sash horns as standard.
Developed to seamlessly integrate with the wider ECOSlide® offering, including our deep bottom rail and slim midrail, Timber-Look can help create a more authentic and cohesive heritage-inspired window.
By reintroducing these joint lines into modern PVC‑U profiles, Timber-Look Joints offer a more accurate interpretation of classic sash windows, allowing homeowners, installers, and specifiers to achieve a truly traditional look.
Crafted With Detail in Mind
Creating an authentic timber-inspired appearance requires more than simply adding a visual feature. Which is why Timber-Look Joints are manufactured using a specially engineered aluminium cleat system alongside a skilled hand assembly process.
Supported by significant investment in new tooling, machinery and manufacturing capabilities, including specialist CNC routing and end-milling equipment, every joint is carefully assembled to create the intricate geometry required to replicate traditional timber detailing.
