Victorian Sliders® Achieves ISO 14001 &ISO 45001 Certification

This milestone builds on the successful achievement of ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) in late 2024, marking a key stage in Victorian Sliders®’ strategic journey to implement all three internationally recognised ISO standards. The ISO 9001 programme was spearheaded by Andy Thomas, Quality Manager, who worked closely with a dedicated cross-functional team to turn this ambitious vision into a fully embedded, integrated management system. 

The Victorian Sliders® certification programme for ISO accreditations continued, passing the project lead to our HSE Manager, Chris Armstrong, in the early part of 2025.  Chris, along with a wider internal team developed and implemented new management systems designed to meet the requirements of ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. This initiative reflects Victorian Sliders®’ commitment to continual improvement, operational excellence, and internationally recognised best practice. 

In July, Victorian Sliders® engaged BSI, a globally recognised certification body, to conduct the independent assessment and certification process. The project was further supported by Spring Environmental, who provided specialist environmental consultancy and guidance throughout the implementation phase. 

The decision to pursue ISO certification was driven by a commitment to delivering consistent quality, providing a safe and healthy workplace, and proactively managing environmental impacts to protect the environment for future generations. 

Following several months of detailed preparation — including site visits, internal audits, staff training, documentation development, and extensive employee consultation — Victorian Sliders® successfully demonstrated that its management systems are embedded across the business and aligned with international best practice.
