Victorian Sliders® Becomes a Founding Member of the WFN

We're proud to announce that Victorian Sliders® has joined the Women in Fenestration Network (WFN) as one of seven founding members, supporting a new industry initiative dedicated to championing, connecting and empowering women across the fenestration sector. 

It’s no secret that the fenestration industry has historically been a male-dominated field, but women across the world are contributing to the industry at every level, from manufacturing and operations to executive and technical roles. The WFN has been established to recognise these contributions and help create opportunities for women to enter, develop and thrive within the industry. 

At Victorian Sliders®, inclusivity is at the heart of everything we do, and we are committed to creating an environment where our employees feel valued, respected and empowered to succeed. Today, women make up more than 30% of our workforce, contributing across the business in roles ranging from production, glass and extrusion operations to sales and senior leadership positions. 

Joining the WFN as a founding member reflects our belief that a diverse workforce drives innovation, strengthens businesses and helps shape a more representative industry. By supporting the network from its inception, we aim to help promote greater visibility, collaboration and professional development opportunities for women throughout the fenestration community. 

The Women in Fenestration Network provides an invaluable platform for networking, mentoring, knowledge sharing and career development, while raising awareness of the vital contribution women make to the sector. Through the collective efforts of its members, the organisation aims to inspire positive, long-term change across the industry.
